Safety and Production Intelligence on One Feed
On a plant floor the same cameras can answer two different questions: is this being made correctly, and is everyone doing it safely. Trinocular AI runs both from one stream.
What sites in this sector describe
PPE enforcement lapses at shift change
Gate checks are as reliable as the person doing them, and the gaps appear exactly when supervision is thinnest.
Defects are found downstream
A fault caught at dispatch has already consumed every operation it passed through, when catching it at the station would have cost one item.
Safety envelopes are invisible
A machine safety zone exists on a floor marking and in a method statement, neither of which raises an alarm when someone steps over it.

Questions
Can different areas have different PPE rules?
Yes. Required items are configured per zone, so a walkway, a live work area and a visitor route each carry their own rule set on the same site.
Does line inspection need a special camera?
Not always. Many lines already have a usefully positioned camera. Where lighting or angle cannot support the judgement you need, we will say so rather than deploy something unreliable.
See it on your own cameras
Bring your existing CCTV. We will assess what your angles can actually support and show you the detections running on your own footage.
