Store Intelligence and Safety from One Camera Estate
Retail cameras are usually bought for loss prevention and then asked to answer questions about staffing, queues and safety that nobody is watching for.
What sites in this sector describe
Queues are noticed after customers leave
By the time a long queue is reported, the customers who abandoned it have already gone.
Occupancy is estimated, not measured
Staffing decisions get made on impressions of how busy the floor felt rather than on what it actually was.
Incidents are reviewed, never prevented
Footage answers what happened yesterday; it does nothing about what is happening at the door right now.

Questions
Does crowd counting identify customers?
No. Occupancy and density counting holds no identity and matches no faces. It counts people and measures how tightly packed a zone is, nothing more.
Can thresholds differ by time of day?
Yes. Zones and thresholds are schedulable, so a quiet midday floor and a peak trading hour are treated differently without reconfiguration.

Bring your existing CCTV. We will assess what your angles can actually support and show you the detections running on your own footage.
